YUMMY... GOOD NO BAKE CHEESECAKE

THIS IS A SPECIAL TREAT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY OR A SPECIAL OCASSION THAT WILL MAKE YOU GO UMM.. UMM.... GOOD!!

Ingredients

1 cup of brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon of gound cinnamin

1/3 cup of butter melted

2 8 oz  pkgs of cream cheese

2 teaspoon of lemon juice

2 teaspoon of lime juice

1 pint of heavy whipping cream

1/3 cup of sugar

1 ready made graham cracker crust

Directions

in a bowl beat together cream cheese, lemon juice, lime juice, whipping cream, white sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamin, beat well either by hand or with a electric beater. after mixer is mixed well pour in the graham cracker crust and let chill for 2 hours. you can top with your favorite strawberry jam or fruit.

 

RANCH CHICKEN SALAD

  THIS IS A GREAT DELICIOUS CUMMBER SALAD THATS EASY, QUICK AND  FOR ANY SPECIAL OCASSION

  Ingredients

1 1/4 pound of chicken

1/2 cup of red onions chopped

3 cucumbers pealed and diced

1/2 clove of garlic

1 cup of ranch dressing

1 teaspoon of basil

1 teaspoon of parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1/4 cup of olive oil

DIRECTIONS

PLACE CHICKEN IN SAUCE PAN AND BROWN ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK IN THE MIDDLE THEN REDUCE AND SIMMER ON MEDIUM HEAT ABOUT 15 MINUTES.  WHEN CHICKEN IS COOL SHREED AND CUT INTO BITE SIZE PEICES COMBINE CHICKEN, CUCUMBER, ONIONS, GARLIC PARMESAN, BASIL, BLACK PEPPER,OLIVE OIL, AND RANCH DRESSING.IN A BOWL AND TOSS. AND SERVE.

Italian Seasoning Chicken Pasta Salad

"Italian Seasoning Chicken Pasta Salad" ( A GREAT SUMMER DISH)

 

Ingredients:

 

•1 Pkg  of Pasta Shells

•2 Cups American cheese, cut in Cubes

•2 Cups Chicken ( canned  white chicken )

•2  tablespoons  of mustard

•1/2 Medium Red Onion, cut thin

•1 Orange  Bell Pepper, diced

•1 cup of black olives

•2 cups of Mayonnaise

•3/4 CUP OF CELERY

•1/2 Cup olive oil, Garlic and Parmesan

•1/2 Tsp  Salt & pepper

•1/2 tsp of basil

Note: Parmesan cheese ( for topping)

1 pkg of Italian seasoning

 

 

Cook pasta in salted water ( boil for 7- 9 min). Rinse with cold water and drain well. Add  2 Tbs of Olive oil and mix well (so the pasta does not  stick together while you're adding the remaining ingredients.

 

In a large bowl, combine the Pasta, Cheese, Chicken( can or boil) , Onion, orange bell pepper, Celery, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Black olives,Garlic powder, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper, 

  mix well.

Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and  1 pkg of Italian seasoning

5 TO 6 SERVING

 

 


Double Chocolate Icebox Cake: THIS RECIPE WILL MAKE A GREAT MOTHERS DAY SURPRISE

Double Chocolate Icebox Cake:

Directions: Ingredients

8 (1 ounce) squares German sweet chocolate, chopped

3 tablespoons water

2 egg yolks, beaten

2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 egg whites

1 (12 ounce) package ladyfingers

Directions

1.Line two 8 x 4 x 3 inch loaf pans with waxed paper.

2.Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form.

3.Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Blend in water. Remove from heat, and add egg yolks; beat vigorously until smooth. Add sugar, and mix well. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

4.Separate ladyfingers. Line bottom of each pan with single ladyfingers. Cut remaining ladyfingers in half crosswise, and use to line the sides of the pans. Fill with chocolate mixture. Chill 2 to 4 hours. (Unmold). Serve with additional whipped cream if desired.

Apple Crumb Pie

 

Ingredients

 

    * 1 (9 inch) pie shell

    * 6 cups thinly sliced apples

    * 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

    * 3/4 cup white sugar

    * 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

    * 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    * 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    * 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

    * 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

    * 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    * 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

    * 3 tablespoons butter

 

Directions

 

   1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

   2. Place sliced apples in a large bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice if desired. In a small bowl, mix together white sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Toss until apples are evenly coated. Stir in raisins and walnuts if desired. Spoon mixture into pastry shell.

   3. In a small bowl mix together 1/2 cup flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter or margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over apple filling. Cover top loosely with aluminum foil.

   4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes, until top is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.

"Pumpkin Cream Pie"

8 Servings

THIS WILL DEF WOW YOUR        

TASTE-BUDS.

 

 

           Ingredients       

1. 1 cup of  brown sugar

2.1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

3. 1/2 cup of sugar

4. 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

5.3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

6. 1 15-ounce can unseasoned pumpkin puree or 4 large sweet potatoes

7.1 cup evaporated  milk

8.1 teaspoon vanilla extract

9.1 cup of  cream cheese

10. 2 large eggs

 

      WHOLE WHEAT PIE CRUST

     OR USE A READY MADE FROZEN PIE SHELL.

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

3/4 tsp sea salt

2 Tbs cold milk (soy or rice milk work too)

1/2 cup olive oil

Sift four and salt. Combine oil and milk.

Combine to flour mixture. Finger mold dough around pie pan. Bake a 375 for 20 minutes.

TIP: when baking be sure to line the edge of the pie crust with foil so that the edges wont burn.

 

Preparation

1. preheat to 425°F.

2.Whisk brown sugar, cinnamon, Sugar,nutmeg and Fresh lemon juice in a large bowl.

3.Add eggs whisk until well blended. Add unseasoned pumpkin puree or boil 4 large sweet potatoes and cream cheese, whisking until smooth. Whisk in milk and vanilla.

4.Pour the filling into the crust.

5.Reduce oven temperature to 325°; bake until the center barely jiggles when the pan is tapped, 55 to 60 minutes more, depending on oven temp.

 


SEASON ITALIAN BUFFALO WINGS ( wow love those wings)

 SEASON ITALIAN  BUFFALO WINGS     your taste buds will love you for this ... wow great and delicious

Ingredients:

2 lbs. chicken wings

1 (6 oz.) bottle  red hot sauce

Garlic powder

Salt ( season to taste)

2 sticks butter

1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix

2 c. flour

 

 Season and Flour chicken and fry for 20 minutes or half done. Heat butter, dry in a small bowl add the Italian mix, garlic powder, salt, and hot sauce together. Drain chicken and dip each piece in mixer. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes on 325 degrees. Serve with ranch dressing.
